1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking services with Wag & Whinny Co., you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

2. Services

We provide professional pet care services including:

  • Dog walking
  • Home pet visits
  • Equine daily care
  • Horse exercise (hacking, lunging, schoolwork)
  • Holiday home and yard cover

All services are subject to availability and must be booked in advance.

3. Booking and Payment

Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment or agreement of payment terms. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed. We accept bank transfer and cash payments.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • 24+ hours notice: Full refund or rescheduling
  • Less than 24 hours: 50% cancellation fee
  • No-show: Full fee charged
  • Weather cancellations: Services may be cancelled or modified due to severe weather for safety reasons

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

  • Provide accurate information about pets (health, behavior, special needs)
  • Ensure pets are up-to-date with vaccinations
  • Inform us of any behavioral issues or medical conditions
  • Provide access to property and necessary equipment
  • Provide emergency contact information

6. Insurance and Liability

Wag & Whinny Co. is fully insured for public liability. While we take every precaution, we cannot be held liable for:

  • Pre-existing health conditions
  • Accidents caused by undisclosed behavioral issues
  • Theft or damage to property caused by your pet
  • Injuries to pets during exercise (covered by our insurance)

7. Veterinary Care

In case of emergency, we will attempt to contact you immediately. If we cannot reach you, we reserve the right to seek veterinary treatment on your behalf. You agree to reimburse any veterinary fees incurred.

8. Keys and Access

Keys and access information will be stored securely and used only for providing agreed services. Keys will be returned or securely disposed of as requested.

9. Photography

We may take photos of your pets during services for update purposes and with your permission, for marketing. You can opt out of marketing use at any time.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
