Yes! Ness Cove allows dogs year-round. Access via Smugglers Tunnel (100+ steps). Car park, toilets and dog bins at top.

Limited parking in Shaldon village. Can be difficult in summer.
Dogs BANNED 1st April to 30th September on main beach from Clipper Quay to steps at east end. Dogs allowed ALL YEAR east of the steps (signed). Ness Cove Beach (via Smugglers Tunnel) allows dogs year-round!
